February AWS Columbus: CloudFront Deep Dive and its Hidden Features - VIRTUAL
Details
CloudFront Deep Dive and its hidden features. CloudFront is AWS's content delivery network (CDN) service that accelerates the global delivery of your websites. CloudFront is capable of caching content at over 750+ edge locations, logging, SSL termination, reducing latency, and uses the AWS backbone network to provide fast transfer speeds with AWS hosted infrastructure. It can include custom made transformations within the network using CloudFront Functions and is capable of routing traffic to different applications either by code or by path patterns. It is highly secure, integrated with AWS WAF and provides built-in DDoS protection. CloudFront now has Flat-rate pricing options including a free tier.
