Dayton Recovery International Zoom meeting

Welcome to the Dayton Recovery International Area 141 Meetup.com page for your Tuesday night Zoom meeting at 7:30 pm. EST.

We begin the meeting no earlier than fifteen minutes before the 7:30 pm time, and we end the meeting at 8:30pm EST.

We will read from one of Dr. Low's books.
You do not need a book to join the meeting.

We take examples in the 4 Step Method help with symptoms of anxiety, stress, and the trivialities of everyday life, spot on the examples and work through the "Big Five.""

Materials will be provided to newcomers at face to face meetings.
