Columbus & Dayton Ohio Recovery International Welcome Group Meeting

This Recovery International Welcome meeting for all newcomers is held on Zoom.com at both Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm PT and 12 noon PT on Wednesday afternoons.

This meeting is a simple introduction to the Recovery International Four Step Method.

The meeting lasts approximately one and one half hours in duration.
In simple terms, Recovery International empowers individuals to use cognitive behavioral self-help "tools" to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, the simple trivialities of everyday life and assist in a good approach to overall better mental health.
