Let's get Organized......

Obviously your interest in the Columbus Meetup Organizers is to share and learn strategies, methods, processes and procedures that can make the difference between an okay meetup group and a great one.

At this point we have dozens of organizers have joined who represent thousands of real people who will benefit from the information we share.

This first gathering for this Meetup will be an informal roundtable introduction and discussion so I and the other members can learn the scope of areas and issues in which they can either contribute or learn from to the benefit of their respective members. I selected the location (Panera Bread) because it is informal atmosphere and easy to find public setting. We can discuss other locations and meeting formats at this and future events.

Monthly meetings of the roundtable format will be help and subsequently supplemented with Summit meetings where I hope to enlist people to speak on specific subjects within our community. And I have discussed with Meetup corporate about having some sort of Boot Camp for Organizers, but that's further down the road.
