A workshop of exploration on what we focus on is what we create and experience.
So why not spend some time on the positive qualities of love, peace, truth, right conduct & non violence. These aspects from within will create a whole new world without.

Drawing out the innate positive qualities of...
Peace, Truth, Right Conduct, Non-Violence and Love aligns our Head, Heart & Hands. Which means what we are thinking, feeling and acting out are the same and not in conflict.

Two guided meditations are used to anchor more love and light into your being.

Creative art is also used to examine and express these supportive life changing attributes.

​ When we focus on these positive qualities we create more positive experiences and stronger intuition.

This is a 5 week series of workshops where we will explore 1 trait in depth each week. These will be held live on Zoom.

Dates: October 20, 27 November 3, 10, 17
Time: 7:00-8:30 pm EST
Self Investment: $45 per class.
Payable via PayPal or Venmo.

Registration is required by 2:00 pm EST the day of the event to ensure receiving link.
You will need to supply yourself with a candle, lighter, paper and drawing items such as pencils, markers or crayons.
