For this discussion a wide array of panelists have been selected for this discussion ranging in varying experience levels in both agile and IT as a whole. Here is a little more about the panelists:
Amanda Lange - Agile Delivery Manager & Product Owner at Net Jets Amanda got her Bachelor's of Science and Human Ecology and has since spanned a number of accomplishments including being the Co-Founder of What Now and President of get WITit. She has an extensive background in business analysis and agile alike. After several years at Improving, she went on to start the next chapter of her story at Net Jets.
Brian Link - Agile Coach for the Marine Corp Brian got his Bachelors degree from Boston University in the field of Computer Science. He started his career as a Principal Solution Manager for Novell in 2001. Brian later went on to become a founding member of Columbus Tech Life in 2008 which is the 3rd largest org of its kind in Ohio. He later co-founded WakeUpStartup and authored the book "The Practical Agilist Guidebook + Agile Mindset Based Assesment". Brian travels the country and attends many conferences and currently brings agile to the Marine Corp in their IT processes.
Michael Wallace - Agile Coach / Profession Scrum Trainer / SPC at Improving Michael has a Master in Business Administration from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He founded Q Consulting in 1990 and has a lengthy history in different variations of agile. He has worked with noteable companies such as JPMorgan, Improving, HP Enterprise, and Schneider Electric. Michael is one of 70 people who is licensed by Pro Kanban.org to teach the official curriculum. He is also one of 350 Scrum trainers in the world that is able to teach 10 different Scrum courses from Scrum.org.
Jimmy Hamilton - Data Team Lead at Zipline Logistics Jimmy got his Masters from Franklin University in Data Analytics. He has a history both in and out of tech with experience ranging from Line Assemblier, Torque Technician, all the way to Data Analyst and Data Lead for Zipline logistics where he has lead a total agile transformation and implemented Scrum from the ground up for his team.
