April 2025 "Spirit of the Earth" Book Group--WHAT IF WE GET IT RIGHT?

Our book selection for April is WHAT IF WE GET IT RIGHT? by Ayana Elizabeth Johnson. WHAT IF WE GET IT RIGHT? is a New York Times-bestselling collection of poetry, interviews, and essays that ask the question, “What if we act as if we love the future?” The book has been described as “provocative and joyous.” an invaluable help for those who want to picture a transformed and replenished world.

The book is about 450 pages long, and each chapter is pretty free-standing, so feel free to read those sections that most appeal to you. Don't worry if you can't read the whole thing in a month! Everyone will be invited to share from what they were able to read.
