
What we’re about
This is a group to bring together young (-ish) motivated people in and around Tooting and Balham who are reasonably fit and are keen to train outdoors with other like-minded people.
Bootcamp classes are on Tooting Common every weekday with at least one Saturday morning class a month. The classes vary in intensity with some being more Cardio focused and others more Strength and Movement. Full details at website and Instagram.

These classes are hard work and involve constant running and bodyweight exercises (Burpees) and are best suited to people who can just about manage a 25 minute 5K- or at least realistically aspire to!
High Intensity Bootcamp Classes are on Mondays at 7AM, 6PM and 7PM as well as Wednesdays at 7PM and Thursdays at 7AM.

A tough combination of Strength and Cardio training to finish off the week. Classes include using weights as well as bodyweight exercises (burpees) with a pumping 80's soundtrack.
Classes are at 7AM and 8AM.

A low intensity class focusing on building Strength and developing Muscle as well as Mobility, using a range of weights including Powerbags, Kettlebells, Dumbells etc. (No Burpees in these ones!).
