Challenging but fun Bootcamp classes every weekday on Tooting Common.
These classes are hard work and involve constant running and bodyweight exercises (Burpees) and are best suited to people who can just about manage a 25 minute 5K- or at least realistically aspire to!
High Intensity Bootcamp Classes are on Mondays at 7AM, 6PM and 7PM as well as Wednesdays at 7PM and Thursdays at 7AM.
