What we’re about

This is a group to bring together young (-ish) motivated people in and around Tooting and Balham who are reasonably fit and are keen to train outdoors with other like-minded people.

Bootcamp classes are on Tooting Common every weekday with at least one Saturday morning class a month. The classes vary in intensity with some being more Cardio focused and others more Strength and Movement. Full details at website and Instagram.
