Join "Out of the Abyss - Suicide Support and Recovery Group" on the third Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
Take the first step towards your own journey of healing while connecting with others in the Out of the Abyss community.
This group welcomes anyone looking for connection, stress relief strategies and other techniques to manage suicidal urges.
These groups are for any person ages 18 and older.
Please note: participants can openly share about their experiences around suicide in a confidential space without fear of involuntary crisis intervention services.
This interactive meetup is led by veterans with lived experience.
