Welcome. You’re warmly invited to this ongoing in-person circle rooted in Radix body-centered therapy—an experiential modality that helps you reconnect with your body, deepen awareness, and move toward emotional and energetic healing.
Each session will offer a guided exploration of your inner landscape through grounding practices such as breathwork, gentle movement, verbal reflection, mat work, and touch—all held within a supportive, trauma-informed container. This is an open-level class welcoming all identities, bodies, and experience levels. Whether you're seeking deeper presence, emotional integration, or simply a space to return to yourself, this circle is for you. All you need to bring is comfortable clothing and an open mind.
As your facilitator, I bring a background in yoga, Reiki, and somatic healing. I’m currently a Radix trainee offering this circle to build awareness of my new somatic therapy practice and to support those seeking embodied transformation.
