Happy 2024 Everyone!

Let's Go Ice Skating!
We're going to head inside this time for some friendly, no-frills ice skating! You can bring your own skates or rent a pair when you arrive.
*This is a public skating event, so there will be other people on the ice too.

Fee at the door will be $7 if you bring your own skates or $14 if you need to rent skates. Fee will go directly to the ice rink employees.
*We want this event to be accessible to everyone regardless of your finances. Please send a direct message to Becky if you'd like to attend but can't afford the full fee--we want you to come! If you'd like to donate a little extra to the group to help sponsor other community members, you may do so via the "fundraising" link on the Come Play Outside page.

Our Schedule:
11:50 Meet in the parking lot to say some hellos and catch up
12:00 Doors open for public skate
12:45 We'll meet by the bleachers to say some hellos to anyone who arrived late and to get to know someone new
12:55 More time to skate
1:30 We'll start heading out

To Find Us: If you arrive a little late, find us on the ice. Look for the folks wearing orange wristbands. Becky will have one for you too!

Lunch Afterwards: Please join us for lunch if you'd like! (*See separate event on the Come Play Outside Meetup page for details and to RSVP for lunch.)

COVID
*Please help take care of each other by staying home if you’ve got COVID symptoms, or have recently tested positive, or have been exposed to someone with COVID. Masking will be optional at this event.

A Little More About Us:
We get together to make new friends and have fun moving our bodies.

If you’d like to make new friends of all sexual and gender identities, racial and ethnic backgrounds, religions and countries of origin, ages and socio-economic groups, then this is a great group for you to join!

Our members identify as allies and/or as members of the queer/trans/LGBTQIA and/or Jewish and/or BIPOC communities. This group is for you if are a member of one of those communities or identify strongly as an ally, and value making new friends from diverse racial/ethnic/religious backgrounds.

Hope you can join!!
