Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this is a space to slow down and be together in a simple, human way. We’ll sit in silence, explore a short reflection, and close with time to share—or simply rest—in community. There’s nothing to achieve and no right way to show up.
Come as you are. Bring a meditation cushion or mat if you like.
I’m AJ Anantadev, a former monk with over 20 years of experience exploring what it means to live from the inside out. My role is simply to hold a grounded, welcoming space where you can meet your own inner wisdom.
