We are hosting a night of laughter and fun. Get ready to split your sides and support the Fiorentini Foundation at our “Show me the Funny” comedy night.
Our Compere for the evening is Athena Kugblenu, winner of the BBC Felix Dexter Bursary for “BAME” up-and-coming comedy writers 2020, she is currently writing for the Lenny Henry Show and Horrible Histories and is a lead writer for multicultural Radio 4 sketch-show Sketchtopia.
Our Headline Act for the evening is Nicole Harris – The first woman to win Jewish Comedian of the Year and went on to be a finalist in the New Act of The Year Showcase in 2019 performing at the Hackney Empire. In the same year she was selected to host the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe AAA Stand Up Late Show at the Gilded Balloon.
We will also be joined by Luke Craig, Suse Steed and Luke Oliver.
This uproarious evening isnt just about the laughs-it’s about making a difference! All proceeds from this event will go to the Fiorentini Foundation enabling disadvantaged children to access the world of the performing arts.
Many of the Fiorentini Foundation's beneficiaries have learning and / or physical disabilities including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, cerebral palsy and fibromyalgia to name but a few. Some have chaotic home lives, have been badly bullied or suffer from chronic health conditions.
We encourage you to invite your friends, family and colleagues to this unforgettable night of comedy and philanthropy!
