Stand-Up Comedy with: Rashi Agarwal
Comedy Club Haug, Boompjeskade 11, Rotterdam, ZH, NLPerson of Color
What happens when a privileged woman suddenly becomes “a person of colour”? After five sold-out shows, Rashi brings her debut solo to Rotterdam for the first time, where she takes you on a witty, funny, emotional and deeply personal journey of immigration, identity, and privilege. Through a blend of comedy and storytelling, she explores her first brush with racism in a country that prides itself on tolerance, while reflecting on the irony of battling sexism in India while having the comfort and invisibility that comes from being the oppressor. Whether you’ve lived this experience, never thought about it, or are somewhere in between, this is for anyone curious about what it feels like to become a person of colour… overnight.
The show is in English.

Stand-Up Comedy with Jonis Josef (NO) | Cactus
Comedy Club Haug, Boompjeskade 11, Rotterdam, ZH, NL“Jonis Josef is one of Norway’s most acclaimed comedians, known for hit tv shows, and for his hugely popular podcasts. Recently, he went viral with over 20 million views (across platforms) on Subway Takes, proof that his mix of humor and honesty resonates far beyond Norway.
He’s picked up just about every major comedy award in the country, including Gullruten (the Norwegian Emmy), the Norwegian Comedy Award, and Stand-Up Comic of the Year in both 2020, 2022 and 2024. Jonis has done several shows in the US where he also has supported acts like Mo Amer and Hannibal Buress, and even taken the stage at the legendary New York Comedy Club and the Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
After spending the past year in New York refining his material in English, Jonis is ready to share his perspective — and his unmistakable energy — with a brand-new audience.
Cactus marks his bold English-language debut: a sharp, funny, and deeply personal show about identity, love, and growth. When it premiered in Norway, critics raved, NRK (the Norwegian equivalent of BBC) gave it a perfect 10 out of 10, calling it:
"Something the white majority not only should see, but must see — I insist. ‘Kaktus’ is beautifully written and composed, and delivered by one of Norway’s very best stand-up comedians.”
With razor-sharp writing, global perspective, and fearless honesty, Jonis Josef delivers a stand-up experience you won’t forget. After all, how often do you get to see a Black comedian from Norway light up the sta
