Details:

1. For the safety of the participants, the hotel will not be made public. Melissa is working on reserving a block of rooms. Reach out to Melissa directly for hotel and block information. Once you have the hotel info, you will be required to make your own reservation. Of course you do not have to stay at the selected hotel - you can stay wherever you like and still join the hikes
2. Join us for daily hikes
3. Join us for meals and impromptu hangouts by the pool or the bars
4. You don’t need to attend all events or stay at the same hotel
5. You do you in WG 😘

This will be an extremely informal trip. As much as we’d like to plan out every detail in advance and take you all on major tours of the sites, we’re not equipped for that. We have never been to WG, but it’s a bucket list for us and we're going to plan it out in the next few months. We’re happy to open our trip up to our Come Join Us Friends.

The plan is to head up to WG on Sunday and check into the hotel in the early afternoon. Since it stays light out longer, we plan to do a late afternoon - early evening short hike for all who have also checked in. Then we’ll head back to the hotel and make plans for dinner and socializing.

Each day we will plan a hike or two and we’ll let the day unfold with activities such as lunch, dinner, and socializing.

We are checking out on Tuesday but we are open to hitting the trails with the group one last time in the morning and having lunch together before we head home.

Side note: the park officially opens on 5/15 and from all reports, it’s packed on weekends - which is why this trip begins on a Sunday afternoon. Additionally, hotels fill up quickly. If you’re serious about joining us, make your reservation soon. Also, of course, you don’t need to stay at the same hotel.
