Hello Crushers,
This is how the meetup is going to be structured.

Introduction: I'll briefly introduce the concept of Comfort Zone Challenges.

Talks: You’ll have the opportunity to either introduce yourself to the group, talk about their fears or what you expect to get out of this group or use this opportunity to talk about one of your passions.

Comfort Zone Challenges (30-60min): In groups of three everybody goes out to do challenges. If you are a rookie, your first one will be the “Lie Down Challenge” which has you lying down for 30 seconds in a crowded place (see video).

Roundup: After the challenges we meet up again and everybody shares his/her experience to develop strategies how to improve more the next time.
So let's get together, face challenges practically and crush our comfort zone. In the end, you should get some benefits for your everyday life, so we’ll adjust and you look at your very own comfort zone. You don’t have to share anything, that’s why the challenges are done individually (nobody from the group is looking). Everyone’s zone is different for different areas, so the challenges afterwards should be tailored for you specifically, for personal improvement.
