A Self-Discovery Session for Expats and Global Nomads
Details
When you've moved countries, crossed cultures, or built a life far from where you started — it's easy to lose the thread back to yourself. You adapt. You code-switch. You become whoever each place seems to need you to be. But underneath all of that — who are you, really?
In this intimate one-hour session, we'll use the lens of relocation and life transition as a doorway to self-discovery. You'll leave with a clearer sense of your authentic self — not despite your global lifestyle, but because of it.
We'll explore:
- Why transitions strip away borrowed identities — and why that's actually a gift
- How to turn the "who am I here?" feeling into a powerful self-inquiry practice
- What it means to build an inner home that travels with you
This is for you if:
- You're an expat, immigrant, or digital nomad who feels like you're always adapting but rarely arriving. You're in the middle of a move, a transition, or a quiet identity crisis — and you're ready to stop outsourcing your sense of self to your zip code.
Led by Tracey Zhang, an expat coach and somatic practitioner who helps expats and global citizens navigate the inner journey of living between cultures. Combining Parts Work, IFS-informed approaches, and embodied practices, she supports people in building a stronger relationship with themselves so they can find clarity, belonging, and a sense of home that isn't tied to a place.
