Major life transitions don't just change your circumstances. They change you.

A move. A breakup. A career shift. A loss. Whatever knocked you off the path you were on — you're not the same person you were before it. And the emotions that come with that can feel overwhelming, disorienting, and impossible to process alone.

This workshop is for anyone in the middle of that.

In the first half we talk — about what transition actually does to us, why the emotions feel so big, and why this moment, as uncomfortable as it is, might be the most important doorway of your life.

In the second half we feel it. Through guided breathwork and gentle somatic movement, we'll move what's been stuck — not by talking about it, but by letting the body do what the mind can't.

You'll leave with more clarity, more space inside yourself, and a practice to return to every time the transition gets loud again.
