Join us at this month’s Comma Creators meetup where Jordan and Michael will be going over the basics of how to analyze if a syndicated multifamily investment opportunity is right for you.

We will discuss how to become a confident Limited Partner (LP) in multifamily syndications. We’ll cover what questions to ask the General Partners (GPs), how to evaluate the deal and market, and the key financial metrics every LP should understand—like cash-on-cash returns, IRR, equity multiples, and debt coverage ratios. You’ll also learn common red flags to watch out for, plus get a practical due diligence checklist you can use when reviewing opportunities.

We will provide some light snacks / drinks while networking before we jump into our presentation and then answer any questions you have.
