Each month we'll focus on a relevant multifamily topic discussed by a guest speaker or by Jordan and Michael. We'll update the event page each month as we pick our topics and book our guest speakers

We have a nice library of real estate and self improvement books available to borrow! This is an excellent opportunity to discover new reads without the cost of buying every book.
Here's how it works:
- Bring gently used business or real estate books you're willing to lend out (no torn pages, please!).
- We'll have a designated exchange area where you can browse and swap books with others.
- Bring it back next month and find a new book to read.
