Everyone, we are moving this meeting up by one day to Monday 7/25 at 6pm. On Tuesday 7/26, David Lindahl of RE Mentor is hosting a meetup at Hotel Pennsylvania and I want you to be able to see him and still attend our meetup work session. Hello All,

It is time for our next Investment Club working session. My team and I have been busy running analyses and due diligence on almost 20 different MFU apartment properties over the past six weeks and we would like to review the best opportunities.

We have created our MFU Apartment analysis template, and have summary columns created to quickly compare between different opportunities. We will have some printouts available, and will try to send materials in advance of the actual meeting.

Who else has MFU Apartment, Hotel, or other commercial realty opportunities for the group to review? Please let me know. We would like those people that want to actively invest and have money to come to this meeting, it should be worthwhile.
