Networking Session at Cutting Room

Hello all,

Its been a little while since we got together so let's have a Networking Session to catch up, reconnect, and talk deals. We will be at the a great Venue -- The Cutting Room at 44 E 32nd St -- on Thursday October 6 at 6pm.

I have MFU Apartment deals that I'm in contract on and want to fund, and I will bring some details on those opportunities.

Who else has deals they are working on? Come network and be prepared to discuss them.

Who is ready to invest in deals? There are still some high cash flowing MFU Apartments out there, I'm not having trouble finding yielding properties if we do the work. I look forward to seeing you all there next Thursday 10/6 at 6pm. Best,
