Bees & Things & Flowers: A Tribute to the Music of Roy Ayers

Hello! Looking forward to seeing you at what should be a really fun event tomorrow! A few pieces of guidance to take note of:

1. The location of the event is 350 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA, 90071. It will likely be very busy, so plan an appropriate amount of time to get downtown, find parking, and find the group. Underground parking is available at 351 S. Olive Street Los Angeles, CA 90071 at the California Plaza Parking Structure. A special event parking rate of $10 cash or $18 credit card is available after 5:00pm.

2. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Disabled seating is available on the Lower Plaza. Second floor seating area can be accessed by stairs, elevator, or ramp. The elevator is located on the main plaza floor next to Starbucks. Blankets and low-backed chairs are welcome as long as they don’t block designated walking, dancing, or wheelchair areas.

3. Pack a picnic from home or grab a bite to-go from a range of local restaurants. No personal alcoholic beverages are allowed at this venue, although there will be a bar with alcohol for sale.
