Creative Alchemy - Expressive Arts Circle

Join us for Creative Alchemy, a special expressive arts circle where we experience the therapeutic benefits and transformative power of creative expression. This is also an opportunity to build connections within our community and heal together as a collective.

Through creative expression, we will intentionally alchemize limitations into liberation, chaos into clarity, and emotional pain into power! We will go on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment through journaling, painting, musical expression, and creative movement.

Mondays and Fridays from 7/25-7/18. Walk ins welcome! 💚

4:40-4:50 - Reflective journaling/creative writing
4:50-5:30 - Creative Alchemy (art time)
