A Way Forward is a new discussion group focusing on the issues that matter to us, but without politics, negativity, and antagonism. Do you love sharing a range of ideas in a warm, supportive atmosphere? Appreciate the strength, beauty, and richness of diversity? Interested in building unity with that diversity? Then this is the group for you!

This month, we'll be discussing a brief article titled “Materialism & the Rise of Conspiracy Theories and Cults.” This is, in part, a follow-up to our discussion on misinformation, but it gets to the root of the problem. What's the connection between these rampant social problems and materialism? What makes us vulnerable to materialism, conspiracy theories, and cults? How do we fortify ourselves against them?
