Breath & Yoga: Ground, Flow, Connect

Welcome to Breath & Yoga: a community space to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention.

This group is for anyone seeking grounding, connection, and presence through mindful movement and breathwork. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll find a supportive environment to explore:

🌀 Gentle flows & grounding postures
🌬 Breathwork (pranayama) to calm and center
🧘 Yin, Vinyasa
🌿 Occasional outdoor or special-themed sessions

Our sessions are guided with care and creativity, blending physical practice with space for inner stillness and personal reflection. Come as you are.

Classes are donations based- we aim to make yoga accessible for everyone!

We believe yoga isn’t about the perfect pose, it’s about showing up, tuning in, and reconnecting with yourself and your breath.
