Bring a mug, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a journal.
We will open the gathering with introductions and the sharing of Keith’s ceremonial grade Cacao. We’ll then move into a gentle yoga flow on our mats. We’ll close the gathering with voluntary shares about the experience.
