when time is almost up, we will give a gentle reminder to individuals to wrap up a thought or point of discussion and encourage participants to further their discussions, either online or offline, after the scheduled meeting time is finished.
if there is a topic of special interest to all, we can schedule another future meetup to expand on that topic and encourage members to be guest speakers.
