These classes are designed for men, women who want to learn how to protect themselves but do not have the time or desire to commit to formal Martial Arts training They are private lessons or you can study with a group of friends or family. The lessons can be taught in 1, 2, 3 or as many sessions you feel are necessary to develop a level of confidence you are comfortable with.
We use the term “self protection” instead of “self defense” because the term self defense implies that you let the assailant attack first. But since most people who will attack you will be bigger, stronger or more than one...
