🌴 Coolab on the Beach – Himara Edition

“Coolab on the Beach” is a unique community-driven experience that brings the spirit of co-working to the Albanian coastline, combining remote work, relaxation, and meaningful social connection in one inspiring setting. Now a 5-year tradition, the event creates a perfect balance between productivity during the day and networking, beach activities, and community gatherings in the evening. More than just a getaway, it is a “work + vacation” experience designed to build stronger relationships between creative individuals, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and communities in a relaxed and collaborative environment.

Over the years, the initiative has evolved through collaborations with festivals and partner communities, opening new opportunities for networking, creativity, and long-term cooperation. Joining Coolab on the Beach means becoming part of an open and vibrant community where new ideas, friendships, and collaborations naturally grow — all while enjoying a few unforgettable days by the sea in Himara.

Welcome to the official registration form for Coolab on the Beach, our spring community retreat on the southern coast of Albania. This is a few days designed to slow down, connect and create together, blending coworking energy with beach life, shared experiences and community moments.

You’ll be staying in shared rooms at a seaside resort in Potam, just steps away from the beach. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, good people, and a lot of time by the sea.
💸 Package Options:

🟡 Package 1 – €240 / person (€80/person/night): Accommodation in double or twin rooms
Includes:

• 3 nights accommodation at Rapo’s Resort
• Full board (lunch & dinner)
• Buffet breakfast
• Sunbeds by the pool
• Sunbeds at the beach
• Towels for both pool and beach use
• Buggy transport within the resort
• Parking
• Coworking area & reliable internet connection

🍽 Full board includes:

• Choice between 3 daily menus: meat, chicken, or fish
• 1 large bottle of water per 2 people
• 1 glass of red/white wine per person

🔵 Package 2 – €225 / person (€75/person/night): Accommodation in triple or quadruple rooms

Includes:

• 3 nights accommodation at Rapo’s Resort
• Full board (lunch & dinner)
• Buffet breakfast
• Sunbeds by the pool
• Sunbeds at the beach
• Towels for both pool and beach use
• Buggy transport within the resort
• Parking
• Coworking area & reliable internet connection

🍽 Full board includes:

• Choice between 3 daily menus: meat, chicken, or fish
• 1 large bottle of water per 2 people
• 1 glass of red/white wine per person

🧾 Payment Details
• To confirm your spot, a 100 Euro deposit is required in advance
• The remaining amount is paid upon check-in at the venue

We recommend planning your travel early and coordinating with others, as we’ll also help facilitate group arrival options closer to the dates. After your registration, we will follow up with communication regarding the accommodation and transport.
