WHAT: Basic Qi Gong movements suitable for beginners ....

Qigong regulates the nervous system by activating the parasympathetic nervous system—the "rest and digest" system—which helps lower stress, reduce anxiety, and improve emotional balance. Through gentle movement, deep breathing, and focused awareness, it shifts the body from a stressed sympathetic state to a calm state.

COST: give someone else or an NGO apx. € 1 and/or help support the event by taking pictures, posting on Meetup, leaving a positive review, etc.

WHERE: We'll meet at the Steps to the Plaza de Participación Ciudadana, behind the Alfredo Kraus Auditorio. (see pics included here) WE'RE GOING TO MEET ON THE STAIRS FACING THE OCEAN and we'll move up and around the plaza. It's a beautiful place to see the sunset

Wear comfortable clothes.
Yoga clothes not needed.
