Listening Practice (what does it mean to really hear someone, to be heard?)
Accountability Groups (having your goals be heard by others)
Authentic Relating activities (moves us into genuine, meaningful connection, being real with yourself, building trust, understanding, and deeper relationships)
Ukulele Jams (Timples welcome! Singers welcome!)
Democrats Abroad (for USA)
Creative Collaborations (playful activities that stretch possibilities and invite joy)
Gratitude Activities (including a beautiful one I learned in Peru)
