We are getting together for the fourth Los Angeles Community Group strategy workshop. This session is designed for those of us who have been involved in the group's planning and want to help shape our direction for the coming months. We will spend our time reviewing what has worked well so far, addressing some of our current challenges, and outlining a few clear priorities to focus on as a collective. It is an opportunity to share your thoughts, listen to others, and help us make sure the work we are doing remains relevant and useful for everyone involved.

This meeting is intended for active members who are interested in the behind-the-scenes coordination of our community. You do not need to have a formal title or a specific plan to contribute; if you care about the future of this group and are willing to put in a little bit of time to help us organize, we would value having you in the room.
