Cool off and enjoy a delightful day at the beach! Easy paced 5 mile walk on the beach to Paradise Cove and back. Bring your camera. Plenty of wildlife to see in the tide pools at low tide. Lunch at Paradise Cove. Return before High tide. Bring plenty of water, lunch, bug spray, sunblock, binoculars, hat and hiking sandals. We need to start early for this one due to limited Beach parking. Sorry, NO dogs on this hike. Meet at Towsley Outside the gates at 6:30 for 6:45 departure, or meet at the trailhead at 7:45. Directions to Trailhead: Meet at intersection of Birdview Ave and Westward Beach Rd in Malibu at 7:45: I5 South to I405 South to 101 North to Kanan Dume Rd Go south to PCH. Go West on PCH 3/4 mi, turn L on Westward Beach Rd [just before Zuma Beach], go 1/2 mi and park along side of Westward Beach road or continue straight to pay lot at end of Westward Beach Road.
