Join us for a last-minute fun weekend of camping and hiking iconic Red Rock Canyon SP! This campground is about 90 miles up the 14 freeway, just an hour and a half from Santa Clarita.

Add your name to the COMMENTS or chat so the coordinator can reach out. You will receive more information after you RSVP, including maps, etc.

Important: Campsites are first-come, first serve, no reservations. You must obtain your own campsite. We recommend having at least one person in your party come early (Friday morning) to claim a site. We are not permitted to reserve a site for you. You may have 8 people per site, so sharing is highly recommended.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Saturday, May 20: The park will have a docent led nature walk titled “A Walk Through Time.” Meet at the Desert View Trailhead near campsite 50 at 9:00am.

Saturday, May 20: China Lake Astronomical Society will conduct a “Star Party” for viewing the night sky through some amazing telescopes! Meet at the Visitor Center Parking Lot area beginning at dusk.

Additional vehicles are $6 each. There is a 30 foot maximum on RVs. Self-registration/payment is required before setting up camp or
parking. Vehicles (including OHV) must be parked within the rock lined areas provided at each campsite. No horses or livestock allowed in the campground. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am; generators must be off from 8 pm to 10 am.
