SPECIAL EVENT: Singing Bowl Meditation

Please join us on Thursday May 22nd @ 7pm for a special singing bowl-kombucha ceremony meditation. The singing bowl meditation and kombucha ceremony will be centered around the theme of FLOW.

Here is what to expect:
- 20-minute heart-opening guided meditation with sound-infused kombucha*
- 20-minute singing bowl set (we recommend wearing loose clothing and a yoga mat to lie down for this part)
- 20-minute reflection period and discussion

Cost: Donation based, suggested donation $5-10.
Forms of Payment: Cash, Venmo- @SatyaGR, CASH app $SatyaGR.
Donations cover the cost of the Meetup group and supplies used for meditation, ecstatic dance/mindful movement, and art-shop events.
