Skating as a Mindfulness Practice: Hawaiian Edition

Community Meditation Circle is delighted to partner with Dry Sober Social on Thursday, November 19 at Tarry Hall from 830p-11p - Hawaiian Night (wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt)! We are excited to continue to grow the conscious, sober local community, please join us if you're looking for fun community!

We believe that mindfulness takes many forms - including skating round and round the rink. It can be a presence practice, an opportunity to get in and be in the FLOW.
