Come for all or part of our online session: 20 minute meditation sitting starts at 7:15pm (zoom opens at 7:00pm), then you are welcome to stay on and join us for an informal talk/reading/discussion afterwards.
Thursday’s session: We are reading from a book called Meditation for Mortals, about practical ways to bring mindfulness into our everyday lives.
