Mindful Lunch Break -
Take a moment to rest & digest with CMP’s 8-week limited series of meditations and connections - 12:15PM - 12:30PM. Every Wednesday in February & March.
Mindfulness and meditation activate the parasympathetic nervous system which decreases heart rate and respiration and increases digestion - truly allowing us to rest & digest.
All sessions are offered free of charge.

Community Mindfulness Project empowers all people to lead healthier lives by expanding access to mindful meditation.
Through direct services and community partnerships, we work in public schools (k-12 and community colleges) and with nonprofits that serve our communities with the greatest unmet mental and physical health needs. Your donation makes our programming possible.
