Community Nature Days at Upper Norwood Recreation Ground

Join us for monthly Community Nature Days at Upper Norwood Recreation Ground! This group is perfect for people who love nature, the outdoors and getting to know people in their community. Together, we plant flowers and trees, dig ponds, clear paths, maintain shrubs and pick litter. We also host pond dipping sessions, free crafts activities for kids and have a stall with hot drinks and delicious cakes (even if we do say so ourselves!)

We are an existing community group of local people who volunteer to look after our park and raise funds to purchase plants, benches, exercise equipment and more. We have a great supporter group already but would love to welcome new members to get involved.

No regular commitment or prior skills necessary, just come along to one of our monthly nature days and get involved. More information is available on our WhatsApp group and social media.
