Community Potluck, 6pm

Every 4th Sunday we have a community potluck dinner (6pm) and often have other events such as "Being Socials," Salon discussions, classes etc., and would love your presence! This week we have 3 events coming up - two on Sunday!

First, a HeartSpeak class series. Listening and speaking from the heart is the path to connection and harmony!

Thursdays, October 24-November 21, 7-9pm, Lotus Lodge in Candler.

$60 for four classes plus confidential private phone coaching session and a handy 21-page "minibook."

In these highly interactive, experiential classes, you'll learn:

• a language of empowerment

• how expression of feelings and needs connect us empathically

• the power of heart coherence and how to get there

• what to do when you're angry

• how to respond to a "hard to hear" message

• how to negotiate for what you want

Community Potluck and "Being Social" At Lotus Lodge - Sunday Oct. 27, 6-9:30pm

After our regular Community Potluck Dinner (6-7:30pm) Marc Beneteau will host a "Being Social" gathering (7:30-9:30pm) this coming Sunday!

"Being Socials" are evenings of communication games designed for building community, meeting people and having fun. Full description at https://www.meetup.com/Being-Socials-Asheville/events/146299922/ You may come to either event or both.

If you come to the potluck, bring a dish to share. If you come to the Being Social, bring your curiosity and your openness to being surprised at what might come up. It’s a structured and fun way to get to know others, including getting to know better those you’ve already met!
