Regaining Power & Letting Go – this Wednesday Gathering topic.

This time, we dedicate our therapeutic part to regaining power, empowerment, and letting go of what no longer serves us—bringing back our energy. Inspired by the flow of International Women's Day, this group session is about being true and aligned with yourself, releasing what holds you back.

We will work through body-oriented exercises, movement, voice, music, verbal sharing, and meditation to awaken and reclaim our energy.

After these empowering and expansive practices, we will gently transition back to an external, networking space—sharing our current needs and offerings in life.

Even though this event is inspired by Women's Day, it welcomes all genders.

Guided by Maryna Vadini, this gathering blends her profound experience in bodywork, voice activation, and Tantra to help you reconnect with your power. Her approach creates a safe and transformative space for releasing and realigning with your true self.
