What we’re about

Dear readers,

I'm practicing yoga since 2002, tried many spiritual techniques, exercises and meditations. I'm always curious to learn something new, try it and love to connect to people who reflect and amplify my desire to make a little step forward every single day even if it's very small step towards a better, disciplined, inspired, energetic version of myself. If you're struggling with making good very well-known small habits like morning exercises or meditations or breathing techniques a regular habit, I suggest you to join me and try to do it together with supportive group of people. I know what it means to feel like zombie on our regular day to day everyday endless responsibilities and burnout.

I don't put a goal to teach you specific yoga exercises but I welcome you to join in practices and do whatever you know the best from what we schedule, just to do it together. I would try to choose practices which doesn't require too much knowledge, until we shape a constant group of people who will learn and continue on a regular basis.
