This season’s performances include three lighting hearted and
humorous plays:
POST ITS recaps the ups and downs of a couple through the sticky notes left for each other on their refrigerator during their time together. A funny, touching one act.
WAITING ROOM is a one act between two strangers waiting in their therapists’ office, sharing some awkward and revealing moments as they open to new possibilities.
HELP DESK is a series of scenarios portraying all the frustrating, perplexing, surprising and humorous encounters that can happen when we call in for customer or technical service but somehow don’t end up with the assistance we were expecting.
CommUNITY Readers Theater is a volunteer group of senior citizens participating in various lighthearted productions in a “readers theater” format, mainly presenting radio plays and one acts. The group aims to provide a new opportunity for community theater participation and productions in the Valley and beyond. The Readers use the beautiful, historically landmarked Archimedes Russell sanctuary for their performances. We welcome any individuals interested in joining our theater company. The next production will be Halloween themed taking place next October.
