Today's session will be a meditation workshop for a group of 6 people out in nature. We will meet at Bunyaville Nature Reserve in Albany Creek and enjoy the stillness of being mindful, listening to nature and chimes whilst being mindful of slowing down and breathing intentionally. There will be discussions about types of meditations and how we can implement meditation into our daily lives to help restore our nervous systems and reduce stress. The group will take time to listen to one another and share experiences with meditation and how it helps them in their everyday lives. Hand out sheets will be given on the day.

I will end with a beautiful, guided meditation and group discussion on how holistic therapies are a wonderful natural therapy to help ease stress, trauma, depression and PTSD.

Please bring a mat or a chair to sit on, a water bottle and a hat, wear loose comfortable clothing.

The payment is $30 payable by cash on the day. Please bring the correct money as I will not have change.

Bunyaville Nature Reserve is located off Old Northern Road, Albany Creek. Going outbound from the City take a left turn off Old Northern Road where the sign says Bunyaville Reserve, follow the road to the top and turn right, follow the road to the first or second car park and we will meet at the rest rooms.
