It is this time of year when we begin to touch the shadows, symbols and myths of our lives.
As we enter the inner realms, we illuminate that which is deep and hidden.
From far and wide, we join the sacred circle. Together we are carried by alchemical frequencies, the healing of Reiki, and mythical story into the inner realm where the hidden is waiting to be seen, healed, and brought into the the light.

Tracy L. Cash, LCSW is a social worker, Reiki Master Teacher, certified sound worker, nature connected coach, integration specialist, and Pilates instructor. Tracy has been a practitioner and explorer of wellness and spirituality for over 30 years. Her passion is to bring her education to life for the empowerment and enlightenment of us all.
