Virtual Healing Circle: We’re In This Together
Details
Healing Circle: We’re In This Together
There are moments when the weight of local, national, and global events can feel overwhelming. Grief, uncertainty, violence, disaster, division, and collective exhaustion ripple through our communities and nervous systems.
In times like these, it can help to gather in intentional community and remember that healing is not meant to happen in isolation.
This Healing Circle is a space for Reiki practitioners and healing arts practitioners to come together in compassion, presence, and shared intention.
Together, we create a shared space for connection, support, and healing intention.
We will create a collaborative healing field where participants can add names, places, events, situations, communities, or personal concerns to a shared virtual whiteboard. This will be our altar of distance healing requests.
We will send distant healing, prayers, compassion, and supportive energy as a united group to what most calls our hearts.
Unlike our Reiki Share which is reserved specifically for Reiki practice, this circle allows for additional healing modalities and personal practices. Participants are welcome to work in ways that feel aligned and ethical for them, while honoring consent, integrity, and the spirit of compassionate service.
Our time together may include:
• Collective distant healing
• Reiki and other supportive healing modalities
• Guided meditation or grounding practices
• Breath, sound, prayer, or compassionate witnessing
• Healing support for ourselves and one another
This is not about fixing everything.
It is about showing up together with care, intention, and humanity. A reminder that even in difficult times, we can still create moments of connection, presence, and healing.
Because none of us are carrying this alone.
We’re in this together.

Healing Circle Ethical Guidelines
This Healing Circle is offered as a space of compassion, presence, and collective care. To help create a grounded and respectful container for everyone involved, please hold the following intentions during our time together:
• Practice from a place of humility, compassion, and non-attachment to outcomes.
• Whenever possible, offer healing with consent. For public events, communities, or global situations, we focus on sending support for the highest good rather than attempting to direct specific outcomes.
• We are not here to fix, rescue, diagnose, or override another person’s agency, beliefs, or path.
• Participants are welcome to use Reiki and/or other supportive healing modalities that align with their own ethical practice and training.
• Please refrain from making medical, psychological, or spiritual claims about others during the circle.
• Confidentiality matters. If personal names or situations are shared, we ask everyone to hold them with care and privacy.
• You are encouraged to tend to your own nervous system and wellbeing throughout the gathering. Participation, stepping away, resting, or simply witnessing are all welcome forms of engagement.
• We honor many paths, beliefs, and healing traditions. This circle is rooted in respect, inclusion, and compassionate presence.
Together, we create a field of care in the midst of uncertainty.
This becomes our refuge.
