Vocal Gym Class is a relaxed, playful weekly 1.5hr practice designed to help everyday people feel more confident, comfortable & connected to their voice and to support our larger Community Sing Circle events.

This is not a professional vocal course & it’s not about performance or perfection. It’s a body-based, nervous-system-aware practice space where we use gentle movement, simple yoga-inspired stretches, breathwork, somatic awareness, vocal warm-ups, humming, repetition & group singing to help people get out of their head & into their body.

Before we sing, we’ll spend time moving, stretching, breathing & activating the body in a calm, supportive way. The aim is to increase blood flow, soften tension, settle the nervous system & create enough energy & presence to use the voice without feeling overly self-conscious.

Each session will include guided vocal activities & one or two accessible songs to practise together in a low-pressure group setting, allowing for improvement over time.

This weekly class will be held on Monday evenings at Onespace Collective Studio in Mona Vale at 63 Bassett Street.
